WORK WITH ME

Life can be beautiful and brutal — sometimes in the same week.

Parenting, caregiving, and life in the “messy middle” can feel full of contradictions: joy and exhaustion, love and overwhelm, hope and fear.

You’ve read the books. Tried the practices. Kept everyone afloat.
And yet… something still feels heavy. A quiet ache. A sense you’ve lost touch with yourself along the way.

You don’t need someone to fix it. You need someone who can stay with what’s real, who can hold both heartbreak and humor, and help you find footing again.

That’s what I do. I bring skill, steadiness, and lived experience to conversations that leave you feeling seen, supported, and capable.

Who I Work With

I work with parents, caregivers, and women who are ready to:

  • Understand and respond to their child’s emotional and practical needs

  • Navigate anxiety, sensitivity, or transitions in family life

  • Build calm, connection, and confidence in parenting

  • Explore their own patterns, triggers, and approaches to life

  • Cultivate self-acceptance and coping strategies

  • Prepare for conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with clarity and support

  • Manage caregiving, illness, or high-stress family situations, including cancer

I bring 20+ years as an occupational therapist and lived experience of caregiving, motherhood, and navigating life’s challenges, so I understand the real stakes and the fatigue that comes with them.

I work with a limited number of local families for in-home or community OT (specific, hands-on goals). Virtual sessions are available across Canada on Mondays and Fridays. This allows me to give each family the attention and energy needed to create real shifts.

My approach

  • 20+ years OT + lived experience

  • Virtual sessions: Mondays & Fridays

  • Local in-home OT: limited spots

  • Focus: reflection, co-regulation, practical strategies

  • Small caseload for depth and momentum
