Ways we can walkthrough the trenches together
True support is never black-and-white.
It isn't just about managing a single child's challenges, nor is it purely about spiritual tools. It lives in the both/and—combining decades of clinical sensory detective work with deep intuition and a steady presence.
Whether you need practical strategies to steady your child’s daily routine or a quiet space to navigate an intense life transition and re-parent yourself, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

I am a parent, a pediatric Occupational Therapist (O.T.) with over 20 years of experience, and a guide here to help you get back into the present moment.
I operate directly in the now. I don’t rely on cold clinical textbooks or rigid checklists; I use my decades of experience, my intuition, and my psychic abilities to read the reality of a room.
My message is simple: be present and live a life with no regrets. Life is short. Facing the reality of my husband’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis taught me that we cannot find safety by trying to control the timeline, but we can completely choose how we show up for the moments we are given. -
I believe that true healing happens when we let go of the pressure to control every variable and instead learn to trust our own path.
I believe family life is a living connection, and that our deepest work is to help parents see and hold the highest frequency of their children through all the chaotic ups and downs.
I believe that our children—whether they are our clients, our students, or our own flesh and blood—are our mirrors. They teach us so much about ourselves, if we are simply curious and open.
True strength isn't found in a rigid five-year plan; it's found in learning to trust your own gut. -
I have a deep capacity to be in the unknown with you, validating your pain without judgment and without running away from it.
Everything I teach has been tested in the fires of my own life—through infertility, PCOS, pregnancy losses, medical crises, and packing up our lives to move across the country from Toronto to British Columbia using astro-cartography to align our lifestyle with our values.
I know the massive influence a healthcare professional can have. We encountered practitioners who were rigidly black-and-white, who spoke from fear, and who recoiled from our grief. I have built my practice to be the person who sits with your reality and helps you move through it. -
I remember the harsh words left behind by parents, teachers, and society—and I know exactly how to help you heal them.
I know the specific torment of the shadow side: the tendency for caring, sensitive people to blame themselves for everything that goes wrong in their lives.
Through deep shadow work and emotional release, I guide you to be softer, kinder, and gentler with yourself. Together, we untangle the false guilt, dissolve the pressure to fit into a box, and practice the necessary art of surrender so you can finally feel okay in your own skin.
Who I Work With
Parents and individuals often reach out to step into this space when…
Family life feels much heavier than expected and daily routines have become a constant struggle for everyone.
Their child or teen is highly sensitive, navigating neurodivergence (like ADHD), or experiencing deep anxiety and overwhelm.
They want to look beneath the surface to truly understand what their child's nervous system and actions are mirroring back to them, rather than just reacting to behaviors.
A major life challenge, loss, or transition is affecting the home and they want thoughtful, grounded guidance.
hey notice their own old childhood triggers arising in parenting and want to break generational cycles.
They are navigating their own intense personal season, health shifts, or internal burnout and need a space to process without judgment.
